Service Description

Creative financing is on the rise, but so are compliance risks. This course helps agents understand the difference between Qualified Mortgage (QM) and Non-Qualified Mortgage (Non-QM) loans, what makes a loan legally sound, and where caution is needed. Participants will learn how to responsibly support buyers using alternative lending — without venturing into ethical/ legal gray zones.
