Service Description

Misrepresentation of occupancy is a serious issue in lending — and it can cost clients and professionals dearly. This course empowers agents to identify red flags, understand the legal definitions of primary, secondary, and investment properties, and learn how lenders verify occupancy. Agents will leave with a deeper understanding of the risks, how to ask the right questions, and how to keep deals compliant and on track.
