Service Description

Participants will learn the history and evolution of manufactured homes, understand the differences between mobile, manufactured, modular, and CrossMod homes, and identify crucial documentation such as the HUD Data Plate, HUD tags, VIN number, and title. The course covers foundation and structural requirements, legal and ownership considerations, and loan products available for manufactured homes. Realtors will gain the skills to ensure smooth, successful transactions and effectively advise clients on purchasing and financing manufactured homes.
